Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy

(MA) The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy announced the upcoming installation of a new public artwork, The Herd, from Boston-based fiber artist Andy Li. The Herd reflects on the Year of The Ox by channeling its most prominent zodiac attributes and the Ox’s ethic of perseverance. The installation’s goal is to celebrate the culture, history, and traditions of the Chinese New Year and the Chinatown community through the ideas and expressions of contemporary artists. The Herd will be on display in Chin Park in early February ahead of the Lunar New Year running through January 2022.
