The Essex Art Center

(MA) The Essex Art Center (EAC) board of directors has named Monica Manoski as its new executive director. Manoski joined the EAC from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, where she served as the assistant director of development and facilitated the school’s annual art sale. “It is with great excitement that we welcome Monica to our community,” said Essex Art Center board chair Judith Farzan in a statement. “Monica has a robust visual art background and will be an inspiring and culturally sensitive leader, fundraiser, and community-builder.”At the EAC, Manoski will oversee the Center’s mission and work to advance its education and exhibition programming, and broaden its impact.
