Peter Rockwell, 1936–2020

Sculptor and author Peter Rockwell delighted audiences around the world. Raised in Vermont, Rockwell was the third son of artist Norman Rockwell. His sculptures, known for their expressive figures and spiritual iconography, are displayed around the world, including at the National Portrait Gallery, the Washington National Cathedral, in the collections of the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, MA, and at St. Paul’s Church in Rome, where Rockwell spent much of his life and career.
