ART NEW ENGLAND, the region’s leading contemporary art and culture magazine, has openings for experienced Account Executives across New England. This position is ideal for an independent contractor and is available now.
Responsibilities include reaching sales goals; meeting with prospective clients; maintaining client and contract database in Excel; submitting weekly reports; attending regular sales meetings (remotely or in-person); and representing Art New England at frequent special events and openings throughout New England. An automobile is necessary; some travel is required.
New Venture Media Group is the parent company of Art New England and publisher of the New England edition of Playbill, as well as Panorama, The Official Guide to Boston.
Qualifications:
A lively personality, a passion for art, demonstrated knowledge of ‘the art world’ and at least two years of sales experience. Strong written and verbal skills a must.
Salary:
Base salary plus commission

ART NEW ENGLAND, the region’s leading contemporary art and culture magazine, has an opening for an experienced Account Executive–both in Massachusetts and across New England. The position is full-time and available now. NVMG offers health insurance, 401k participation and other benefits unique to the company.
Responsibilities include reaching sales goals; meeting with prospective clients throughout the region; maintaining client and contract database in Excel; submitting weekly reports; attending regular sales meetings and training sessions; and representing Art New England at frequent special events and gallery openings throughout New England. An automobile is necessary; some travel is required.
